Delhi Metro is a rail-based mass transit system, providing an efficient, safe, and quality traveling option to the residents of Delhi.

Presently three lines of Metro are working and construction is in full swing to further extend it. On Line I the Metro is running between Shahdara to Rithala covering a distance of 22 Km.. There are 18 stations on this route. The Metro trains run from 6 A.M. in the morning till 10 P.M. in the night when the last service starts from Shahdara and Rithala respectively.
Line II is operational between Vishwavidyalaya (Delhi University) - Central Secretariat covering a distance of 11 Km.. There are 10 stations on Line II. On this line you can visit some of the prominent attractions in Delhi like University of Delhi, Chandni Chowk Rajiv Chowk (Connaught Place), and Central Secretariat.
Line III of Delhi Metro is operational between Barakhamba Road- Dwarka Sector 9 covering a distance of 29.29 Km. There are 28 stations on Line III. You can visit Rajiv Chowk (Connaught Place), Karol Bagh Market, and several other areas of West Delhi.
